Welcome drink, WiFi, hot and good working showers, curtains in front of the bed. the staff, under the leadership of Miguel, was always attentive and helpful. the facilities were great - comfortable beds and plentiful and big bathrooms. the bar was perfect for doing some work and the swimming pools were a great way to rest after a day of exploring. Renting a bike was easy and could be done straight from the hostel.
Felt like at home, no complaints.

I got great value for my money at this hostel - the room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and added privacy with curtains. The location was perfect - right across from the bus station and close to restaurants and bars, yet still peaceful and safe. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement - a dry slice of white bread and a few slices of fruit were a bit underwhelming.

We loved the comfortable and spacious beds with curtains for privacy, power outlets, and storage space. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with two awesome pools, a nice bar area, and automatic lights and sink faucets. The hotel's location right across from the bus terminal made transportation very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to be said.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tulum. the location was perfect as it was right in the center of town, just a block away from the main street. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and access public transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered free bikes, which was a great way to get to the beach and nearby cenotes without spending extra money. Another great feature was the shared kitchen, which allowed guests to prepare their own meals and save on dining expenses. Finally, I must mention the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.

We had an amazing city break at this hostel! The location was perfect with key city attractions within walking distance, and the nearby bars and restaurants had great food and drinks. The beds were super comfy and the showers were great. We particularly liked the complimentary cold water refillers outside the room and the easy-to-use bracelet payment system that made our stay hassle-free.
Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have a few issues. The lack of access to the shared kitchen was quite annoying, as was the fact that there were no organized activities.

Great facilities, clean and modern. Good location and value for money. Friendly and helpful staff
Terrible customer service, unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff. Long check-in system and early check-out pressure.

The hostel had a modern and clean look, with plenty of sunlight making it feel open and welcoming. The reception staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The location was great, right in the city center and next to the bus station, but still surprisingly quiet. The bunk bed in the shared room turned out to be a small but separate room, which was a pleasant surprise. The lobby, garden, and pool area were nicely decorated, providing a great place to relax in the evening. The hostel also had a bar and free drinking water, which was a nice bonus.
The walls of the hostel were thin, so it could get a bit noisy until late in the evening due to people hanging out around the bar and pool area. it would have been great if the hostel had put more effort into improving some of their weak spots.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, near lots of restaurants, bars, and a bus station. There were free water bottles in the bar and the rooms were cool and clean.
The wristband payment system was confusing and made it hard to pay and tip properly. the rooms were too cold and didn't have proper controls for the air conditioning, and the noise from the bar made it hard to sleep at night.
